Corner House Restaurant & Bar
Corner House will be open Friday & Saturdays from 4:30pm until 8:00pm for inside dining or curbside pickup. Hennicker Hop Slinger & Tuckermans Pilsner added on tap. We look forward to seeing you all! Lexi

Please also trust us. We are wearing masks. We are actually sanitizing our pens & surfaces with the right stuff, going through box after box of gloves. Not taking questionable reservations. We are following guidelines in order to keep you safe, please feel comfortable dining with us. Live music is taking place inside Fridays in a socially distant manner.

Internally, we are following all regulations. Please do not visit if you are feeling unwell or have recently traveled without an appropriate quarantine. We ask that you wear a mask while in transit to your table & to the restroom. Service staff members will be wearing masks & gloves. A max of 6 guests are permitted at each table. Tables will be 6 feet apart & disposable menus will be provided. These are unusual circumstances we will try to make you feel welcome under & adapt to the best of our ability.

Thank you so very much to all the guests that have patronized and especially those that did so every single weekend if not every night open during curbside only.

Sandwich and Moultonboro Senior Meals
For the foreseeable future, congregate meals at the Sandwich and Moultonboro sites are canceled. Home delivery will be made ONLY for shut-ins on Donna's list. If you would like to go to the Moultonboro site (Monday through Thursday) to pick up a meal, call ahead (476-5110). You will need to bring your own pen to sign up when you arrive and your meal will be handed to you at the entrance. Providing your own pen is a precaution so that no germs are shared.

Donna is ensuring that the program is as safe as possible given the circumstances. Uncharted territory for all, to be sure. Should you call for a meal, please be sure to thank Donna for her dedication. Thank you, be safe! Deb Kissell, Volunteer
Community Food Center
St Andrews Church, 678 Whittier Road, Tamworth, NH
As we navigate through various societal changes, the Tamworth CFC has modified its hours and days of operation, and the process of signing up for the service, ordering, and picking up food. I wish to outline the basic information, but most importantly, the phone numbers for general inquiries and ordering.
For general information: 603-960-4067
To place an order on-site or ahead of time on the day of pickup: 603-323-8515

Note: A (cell) phone is necessary to place and pick up your order on-site or prior, as mentioned above.

Staying aligned with social distancing, the procedures, days, and hours at the Tamworth CFC are as follows:
**Order forms are provided in the bags, making it easier for those who wish to call ahead of time. Having this form alleviates waiting and the need to use a cell phone at the site if you do not have one.**

**The CFC Food Pantry is open every other Wednesday, from 12:00 to 6:00 PM. >> July 22, August 5th, etc.

Unless you call in advance, upon arrival at St Andrew’s Church, you will see a sign that provides a phone number (or numbers) to call and place your order. You will be required to wait outside or in your vehicle.

When the order is complete, it is delivered to your vehicle or a table at the walkway entrance. Bags and boxes are provided. Clients’ bags are no longer accepted. This process ensures that people in need of food can receive assistance while keeping both recipients and volunteers safe.

Please share this vital service with those who reside in Tamworth or Sandwich and need food assistance. There is a surplus of food for those who need it. Updates to be posted here and on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/foodpantrytamworth/ Feel free to contact me via email if you have any questions or inquiries. Best regards,
Mj Pettengill, North Sandwich

Virtual Sandwich Farmers Market

In the interest of the safety of loyal customers and ourselves, the vendors of the Sandwich Farmers Market have decided to suspend the Wednesday market for the summer. We invite you to help us adapt, to be creative, to keep up this invaluable community connection.

Most of us have small farmstands at our homes, on our farms.  We invite you to take a road trip around Sandwich and visit us.  Wear your mask and gloves.  Come with cash in small bills.  Read our signs. We’re trying to sell our produce, meat, eggs, prepared foods, baked goods, coffee, wine, flowers, herbs, seedlings, maple syrup and more at these tiny self-service stands.

Call ahead with orders.  Or stop by and check us out, carefully. Let us know your thoughts and suggestions.  How can we keep you safe?  How can you keep us safe? And how can we provide you with delicious, wonderful , fresh, locally grown produce here in your town?

What makes Sandwich such a prized destination? An invigorating atmosphere, friendly people and quiet streets. Clear waters and scenic views in the White Mountains. Plenty to see and do embedded in the vibrant spirit of an historic New England town. I am grateful to be part of this exceptional community.

Grateful thanks to the Alfred Quimby Fund, the Town of Sandwich and Wedco for their support.
